About Us

We Keep Greater Manchester Moving… KeolisAmey Metrolink is proud to operate & maintain the UK’s largest tram network, right here in Greater Manchester.

We’re a joint venture between Keolis and Amey, working in partnership with Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) and the Bee Network to deliver safe, reliable journeys for our customers every single day. And when we say we keep the city moving—we mean it. Over 46 million journeys take place on our network each year

We Keep Greater Manchester Moving …

With a record-breaking 4.2 million passengers in October 2024 alone – the highest monthly total since Metrolink began in 1992!

It’s our people that make all this possible. Whether you’re in the Driver’s seat, in the  Control Room, fixing trams, helping our customers, or supporting behind the scenes in IT, HR, or Finance – every role plays a vital part in keeping the region connected.

We’re serious about putting people first. That means not only giving passengers a great experience but also building a workplace where our teams can grow, thrive, and feel supported. From career development and apprenticeships to championing inclusion through events focused on women in STEM and ex-armed forces recruitment, we’re always looking ahead.
