I help to ensure that our trams and platforms are safe for our passengers, we support our tram drivers by being an extra pair of eyes out on the network, keeping a look out for anything that may cause disruption. The thing I enjoy most about my role is the amount of different people that you meet every day, as well as working as part of a great team.
I’m proud to represent Metrolink, my role as it protects the revenue and I provide reassurance around customer and employee safety. We also help deliver hundreds of events across the city helping people get to and from their destinations in the safest way possible.

Our CSRs are the face of Metrolink on the network. They support customers with their journeys, provide information and reassurance, check tickets and help protect revenue, all while delivering excellent customer service.
Our Supervisors lead and support teams of CSRs across the network. They provide guidance in the field, coordinate resources and work closely with the Network Operations Centre to help ensure our customers receive the support they need.
Our Customer Operations Managers are responsible for leading, developing and supporting Customer Service teams. They help create a positive and inclusive working environment while ensuring we deliver a safe, reliable and high-quality experience for our customers every day.
