Step-by-Step: What to Expect

Found a role that fits? Great—hit apply! You’ll fill out a short application and upload your CV. We’ll confirm we’ve received it straight away.

2. Application Review

Our team will take a careful look at your application. If your skills and experience match, we’ll be in touch to move things forward.

3. Assessments (Role-Dependent)

Some roles may involve an online assessment or practical test—for example, Tram Driver applicants will complete a situational judgement and safety test. But don’t worry—we’ll guide you through it.

4. Interview Time

If you’re shortlisted, you’ll be invited to an interview—either online or face-to-face—so we can get to know each other better. This is your time to shine, and ask any questions you have. We will always ensure you have everything you need before meeting the team.

5. Job Offer

If it’s a match, we’ll make you an offer and start the onboarding process. You’ll receive full details about training, your team, and your first day.
